BOND:
Eldorado reserves the right to request a security deposit for groups of young people up to 25 years of age. The deposit must be paid by credit card or online prior to arrival and will be refunded after checkout, once the apartment has been inspected and cleaned. The amount is €200 per apartment. Any damage, breakage, excessive dirt, smell of tobacco, disrespect toward the facilities, staff, or house rules, or disturbing other guests during the night will result in a deduction from the deposit.
